Post and Packaging Information

All orders will be dispatched 1-2 working days after receiving full cleared payment.
Some larger items are only ordered as required, Should an item be out of stock, we will contact you with in 1 working day and advise you on the estimated delivery time, then you can choose to allow us to hold your order and dispatch when back in stock or cancel your order and receive a full refund.


Smaller items are sent Royal mail (prices start from £0.35p UK Mainland and £2.55 Europe)

Larger items are sent by courier (prices start from £3.99 UK Mainland and £15.00 Europe)


PLEASE NOTE: If packaging is damage when delivered, check contents before signing, we will not be responsible for damaged goods if you have not indicated when signing

  • We will always combine multiple item orders to reduce postage costs.
  • Postage costs are worked out automatically at the check out.
  • Any unreasonable over payment of P&P will be refunded to your paypal account, card payments will be corrected before payment is taken.

What to do if your item is delayed in the post:

Currently were achieving a very high percentage of deliveries well within the estimated delivery times.
Delays once posted are out of our control but we do take this matter seriously

If you are experiencing a delay in receiving your item/s please follow these steps.

1. Before contacting us, please check with neighbors and with your local Post or Parcel office to see if your item is with them.
2. If current date is more than 7 working days (10 days for non UK Mainland) then contact us via email or phone to let us know.
3. If after a further 5 days your item/s have still not arrived and you have checked again with your neighbors and Post office, then contact us again.

These steps are necessary with all UK and Non UK deliveries, as some post has been held for ten days or more by the postal service before being delivered. 

Working days means Monday To Friday not Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays.
